Access Conditions
  • You acknowledge that neither BIOZONE International, and/or subsidiaries, nor its suppliers or distributors guarantee or warrant the accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any information in the e-newsletters or on the website and/or e-newsletters. You agree that neither BIOZONE International nor its suppliers or service providers shall be liable to you for any loss or injury whether direct or indirect arising out of or caused by the use of any information on the website.
  • BIOZONE International is not affiliated with any person whose goods or services are linked to or from the website and/or e-newsletters, or any linked site. BIOZONE International does not sponsor, endorse or approve of any of those goods or services. BIOZONE International cannot guarantee that external sites are accurate or that they will operate correctly to links to third party sites.   • Law enforcement agencies (like the police, or the Serious Fraud Office);

Access and Correction
  • You can access personal information that we hold about you by contacting us in writing. If the information held by us is inaccurate, incomplete or not up to date you may ask us to correct the information.

Use by Third Parties and Public Information
  • BIOZONE International may contract with third parties to handle the fulfilment of subscriptions or requests for information you submit to our sites, such as sending you a newsletter. Any information posted on bulletin boards or communicated in community areas becomes public information. As such, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose on the website.


Session Management and Analytics
  • Like many websites, we use web analytics services, like Google Analytics for example. These services use “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help us analyze how you use our site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored on servers belonging to the companies providing the analytic services. These companies will use this information to evaluate your use of our website, and to compile reports for BIOZONE International on the site’s activity (for example, number of visitors to our site, how long they spend on the site when they visit and their geographical location). They may also transfer this information to their agents or where required to do so by law. Although we aim to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you may transmit to us, or our transmissions to you. Where credit card details are submitted to us for a website purchase, the online shopping cart transactions are handled through a secure third party provider (WorldPay), and BIOZONE International is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage, loss, cost or expense arising out of the use of this provider.
